My brother died after receiving IV packet and visas.I want to know form VJ kind member that Now after the death of Pricipal Applicant my brother wife and his two childrens can enter USA.Plz reply me.I shall be very thankful to you all.

Do F4 also have the requirement that derivatives cannot enter without the principal beneficiary?

This is actually a really sad case, given how long the wait is for a sibling visa, to lose it at this stage :(

Here is a case study of the same situation. It confirms the above posts, unfortunately the wife and children cannot enter. Apparently there is something called "humanitarian reinstatement" which they may be able to apply for.
