Forms that are needed to be filled out by beneficiary

I wish to double check some things since I know some of the information on the site is a little outdated with the new DS-160 form being used now. I'm asking this so that I may help my fiancee fill out these form ahead of time.

My question is to those that have recently gone through the K-1 visa process were you required to fill out any of the following forms either before going to the consulate or at the consulate on the day of the interview. DS-156K, DS-156, DS-230.
