I-601a (In Juarez now awaiting consulate meeting)

I posted this on the I-601 forum, maybe should of posted it here. See if anyone can help me please:

Good evening everyone. This is my first time posting in this forum but I have read many threads that helped me finish my wife's process. I really appreciate everyone that comments and posts useful information.

Today, my wife had her medical exams done and fingerprints taken. Tomorrow morning, local time 7:15am, she has the consulate appointment.

I hope everything goes well and we can travel back to Houston.

I need help though. The DHL location I chose is Mexico City. I plan to travel there and visit her family hence me picking Mexico City. The problem I am having is the following, flying her back home.

I got in contact with the airline and they told me the consulate has to give her a form or some kind of permission to fly, that is of course everything goes well and she gets approved. I have no clue what that form is or what is the form name. Can anyone orientate me in what she must ask the consulate? I would really appreciate it.

I know the easiest thing would be for her to walk to a border and let them do everything but I didnt think of that whenever I chose the departure city.
