Musing on after 90 days your K1 is up, so when you adjust your K1 does not govern your status, I have seen a lawyer use the term colour of law.

His current problem is that he can not adjust as his last entry was as a K1.

I am not certain this would work, I can think of complicating factors, all I am saying is that if I was in his situation I would want to explore it, obtain competent legal advice.

Well he is not really illegal, cause he entered the country legally, he did not sneak in, so he is considered Out of Status.

So USCIS nor ICE will go actively looking for him, but if he gets arrested for a crime, he will have a nice seat home to Morocco with a 10 year band from entering the US again.

Didn't he receive the (Welcome Letter) at your address? Reason I ask, its most likely that is the address on his paperwork that was put when paperwork was completed and sent. Or Letter from USCIS after the 90 days?

He can and will probably stay under the radar for years.

Totally agree, a Lawyer may well advise just to wait it out.

UPDATE ****

I discovered that he has married another American...?? How is this even possible. Do counties not even check legal documents??!?! He has overstayed illegally now for 18 months... I am still looking into lawyers, but it seems that most think that there is nothing that can be done. Additionally, his brother had a tourist visa, and is now living with him and planning to overstay his visa and live illegally. I have received this information from friends who still had access to his social media sites. HELP!!

Stop listening to friends about drama on social media sites with this guy.

Every minute you spend trying to do something about this is not just wasted, but counterproductive to your well-being.

For the OP - she not make the step to report it, yet,

and

this concept of 'sending him home' - well, I've outlined what to do , to get a flag in the casefile via a visit to an FDNS officer,

but - concept of chasing a U visa - man - that's just bizarre - doable? unknown, but mondo bizarre.

Unsure what you're writing about, I hav.

Just wanted to point out, being evil he can miraculously have a crime

that's committed against him and its report. he also get medical treatment

yes this could allow him a U visa, its the only visa that's cancels out any

inadmissibilities once he has a signed I918B to file, also catching who did

the crime is not necessary
