Nothing yet...frustrating and painful without a doubt. I'm on the phone (hold) with NVC right now to see if there's been ANY movement on our case. Long story, but apparently they JUST went to verify his divorce decree at the Archives on March 13th. Talk about a delay!! Anyway, praying praying praying that we hear something this week so we can join the APPROVED crowd and finally be together!

Judging by your timeline, it looks like tomorrow is the big travel day!!!!!!!!!!! How AWEESOME!! Congrats and cheers to your journey in the black hole of waiting being over! :dancing:

Yes tomorrow is the big day, I am very excited.

I am not sure if the NVC is gonna have the latest update about your case because I called them them about a week after my fiancée said issued on the CEAC site and the told it has not been issued yet and my fiancée picked up the visa at HAITI MESSAGER the next day after I called the NVC. The next thing to do is to try your best to call CIVA and I know it wont be easy, emails wont do any good, they still have not response to my emails I sent them 4 weeks ago as to why the visa is not yet issued.

Thanks so much for the tip on that! Calling CIVA again now to check in. I usually email the embassy once per week and have received maybe two generic replies. NVC often times cannot access the database too so yes, I will try the lovely, the wonderful, the super-friendly CIVA office again.... hahaahahaa!!!

Congrats again and I'll keep everyone posted the moment I have great news to share! (Hopefully soon!)
