I'm worried that my Filipina wife might not pass her U.S. Embassy interview for her U.S. visa because I have been receiving government benefits since 2000, I have a cousin that meets all the requirements and is willing to co sponsor my wife. My question is has there ever been any cases where a foreign spouse passed there U.S. Embassy interview and got there U.S. visa using a joint sponsor even with there spouse the petitioner receiving government benefits? Can someone please help me with this question? Thanks.

My wife came over with my parents as co-sponsor. I was not receiving government benefits, but that has no bearing on her approval.
