Mothers maiden name incorrect on g-325a form, what to do? Help!

Hi all,

Looking for some help and advice.

We used a lawyer to go through the K1 process, to make it easier...

We got approved last week with our NOA2, and the lawyers office just sent us back the complete scanned packet, however my mothers maiden name is spelled wrong on the g325-a form, spelled 'Boughhtrie' not 'Coughtrie'. We checked it at the time, I remember telling her it was wrong and she told me in an email she would change it, an honest mistake no doubt.

Will this hold us up at the NVC/Interview stage when they look at my birth certificate in London?

Any advice is welcome as I'm starting to panic a little that we could get an RFE.

I searched online, but couldn't find recent information so wanted some help.
