Intending immigrants sponsorship

I have 3 siblings petition going on the same time and they all have family. My income alone is not going to help all 3 family. Can the intending immigrants help with sponsorship too or it has to be from USC?

If some of your siblings are going to find a higher paying job try to make those be the first to arrive. Use your income to get them here first and have them combine with you to support the later siblings. There are 23 siblings ( and many spouses and kids) looking at us to sponsor them. We are planning to bring them in order of income potential. There is no way for us to do it alone.

any LPR or USC can be a joint sponsor, as long as they meet the requirements, they don't even have to live in the same city or state
