Received Checklist from NVC

Hi Guys,

I have recieved two checklist from NVC.

1) Choice of Agent

2) AOS for my dad (joint sponsor(.

I have called NVC just few mins ago, and told them I (petitioner) and my wife (applicant) have sent the COA. He checked his little computer and stated yes we did received the COA, so please deregard that message.

Should I really disregard this?

For the Joint Sponsor My Dad.

What does this means can someone please tell me. I have forgot to put N/A on item 3. Place of residence. and One line 9 ) Name of Employee No.2. Is this what they meant incomplete.

Any help would be appreciated.
