That's a great question. But I'm thinking the expedited and Phillipines petitions would have just gone through NBC, rather than the service centers, right?

Is there any way to find this out?

Of course they are! Anything to get the number down

I live 10 minutes drive car of this beautiful building with all of the file (Vermont ) .Your files , u live , u future ..........

..

Don t be angry , mad

thedude6752000

at them because they are long ,cuz they take the time...... is just small building 2 floor.

I think that they were late because it lacks the personal for work ( u know this city is small and cold not people want come here as for work , u need understand that ) and they have 100000 files of much state every day .

Vermont center covers almost half state of US for u r file so be patient.......

Courage Your turn will come soon !!!!!!dancin5hr.gif

Congressional inquiries for people outside the processing time is another option. Contact your Senators/Representatives too.

I am trying to understand this, my PD is 2013. I was transferred to TSC on 02/26/2014. Its been 3 weeks and nothing. So after 3/23/2014 I can try and put in a service request?

5 months for Texas and Nebraska? Really USCIS????!!!! That sounds great but now they're going to be flooded with service requests, which is going to slow everything down. What nonsense, this new crock of lies is going to be just as destructive as their forever-stuck-in-October-2012 nonsense. USCIS you never fail to disappoint me.

That means that everyone in the November thread who's at one of those two can now file a service request, and not a single on of us (not counting flukes from 4 months ago and expedites) have been approved. Nonsense!!!!!

I'd worry less about service requests, which are handled by phone monkeys and not adjudicators, and more about being put to the back of the bus by the mass Philippines expedites, and possibly soon Ukrainian ones. (Some are already getting approved.)

For every one of those that gets pushed to the front is one that was submitted previously that's not getting worked on.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

December 14th, 2013: Wedding

I've been very persistent with calling and asking where my case is. I filled my husbands I 130

On October 15, 2013 and I 129f on October 24, 2013. They were tendered to California service center on March 7th. I looked online this morning and both were approved yesterday
