worried for my visa

hi vjs my visa was approved march 6th and my status since march 11 say this:

Your case is open and ready for your interview, fingerprints, and required documents. If you have already had your interview, please check your status after two business days. If no interview was required, please check back in two business days for the status of your application.

I think each consulate has a different way for processing applicants visa. For me, after interview the next day it says "administrative processing" and after that it says "Issued". It took 3 days to pick up my visa at the US embassy from the interview date. Just wait for a couple of days and you'll see it says." Issued". Anyhow, what was your status before March 11?

Try emailing the embassy. Sometimes that site is not updated accurately.

If you email or call the embassy you may get a quicker response.

When it was your interview?

My interview was on 01/14/14... and by the 01/24/14 my fiance had his visa in hand.. it changed 4 times after the interview, one time saying that it was ready for interview so of course I panicked and called DOS and the rep said that such status is normal.
