The Russian army is not in eastern Ukraine AFAIK. That would be an act of war which the Ukrainian army will respond to.

The Russian army was already in Crimea. They have a base there. If the troops were moving around outside of there mandate, it is something they could disguise. They can't do that in Donetsk.

In another thread, you mentioned that the current government is Fascist. Can you expand on that? I don't know much about Ukrainian politics. Is the current party similar to the BNP in the UK for instance? Are they extreme right?

Russia was not a party to that agreement, nor were they asked to be. It was sponsored and then dropped by EU countries. Kudo's for getting in another shot at Russia on something completely unrelated though. Your anger and viewpoint are transparent.

The current government is not facist, they are a coalition that includes a disproportionate amount extreme right wing members (disproportionate as in more than was determined by voters in the previous election). Svoboda, the most prominant party, is probably the least extreme.

The heavy duty work in the protest was done by the extreme right wing elements. Peaceful protesters don't normally carry Kalashnikov's.

Which is why Moscow refused to guarantee it in the first place. The deal was broken by Yanukovych. He disappeared. And then reappeared in - you guessed it - Russia.

It surely didn't help that Moscow's puppet Yanukovych failed to failed to sign the law to restore the 2004 Constitution - that was the deal. Moscow never had any intention to honor it. Which is why Moscow refused to guarantee it in the first place. The deal was broken by Yanukovych. He disappeared. And then reappeared in - you guessed it - Russia.

The deal also called for the armed protesters to cease, which they did not. And it also called for an independant multi national investigation into the violence, which is not happening. We shall see if they ever hold an election.

The interim government is no different from Yanukovich, except they are pro-western. Let us all take a moment to close our eyes and look the other way now
