hi,

Im new to the forum...and one of the first doubts about this whole process I have is that I am a student US citizen and and am concerned how will I show financial support for my fiance.

Can I get a cosigner...? what are the other ways? and how many months of bank account history is required during the time of interview?

pls help! :help:

Lots of people who are in your same situation here. A co-sponsor is a simple process, but you do need to check what the requiremetns for your consulate are. For example, we are going through Casablanca and they do not require showig financial support for the interview. We only need it for adjustment of status- so you see each consualte is different in their requirements.

Check the guides, and the other forums (do a search and you should come up with a lot of posts by people who are in the same situation)

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

thanx for ur replies guys...but im aware that somewhre down the line i will require financial support documents...jus wanted to know what qualifies as sufficient finances to sponsor ur fiance..
