Good Day to day to all! My husband got a packet yesterday and when he checked it out they return all the pictures that we arrange in a mini album, we only sent like 15 pictures. On the letter said that the the officer can't folder them. What to do? Please help.

Take the pictures out of the album and send them back loosey goosey.

Thats so dumb, couldn't they just take them out?

My husband is stressed right now about that. He called them but the lady who answer his call told him to check the site, i don't know what site but I told my husband to remove all the pics and put them in the brown envelope and send to the address where he can find at the back of the envelope.

They shouldn't have been in there like that in the first place. Loose photos in a plastic ziplock bag that can be easily opened are ok. Photos laminated and vacuum sealed into an album that's going to take more time than it's worth, or in an album that's too large an unwieldy to reasonably send off where they need to after adjudication, are returned.

I would much rather they spend their time adjudicating cases than unwrapping photos. If things aren't sent right, they send them back with an RFE and move onto the next case.

i sent about 13 photos in a walgreens type box you get when you get pics printed and send the passport photos in clear plastic pouches without any issues. If you do resend. make sure you have a coversheet and case number all over or behind the pics as well.

Talk to Tier 2 first if you need to send them back or you are ok not sending it.

You can't send photos now. That ship has sailed. You cannot expect them to file your photo albums and books. Everything goes in a file and is stored in a filing box.

Sometimes loose photos get sent back too. You should paste them on a normal sheet of paper.

But, as I said, too late now. If you try to send them back there is little chance they will make it in your file. You don't need photos to get approved.

Ok, we will just keep the mini album.
