According to the NVC process guide. You do not have to wait for instruction from them. You can mail it anytime as long as AOS showed "PAID" on CEAC.

On Choice of Agent, after I submitted it online on Thursday it says "In process". I called them the next day and told the operator that I submitted it. Few minutes later the status changed to "Completed". I'm assuming you do not have to. I mean they will mail you a checklist anyway if they need it on paper.

How long does it take for the IV bill fee to be available online? I paid the AOS last May 7, 2014.. Its almost 2 weeks now and every time i check the ceac website, there's no option for me to pay the IV bill. I called the NVC and they said it will take 30 days.
