I tell ya, I am getting real sick of the USCIS!

We have had so many problems it just isn't funny any more - although some feel the need to still laugh, when we mention that we have been fighting with the USCIS for over 4 years now!

My son is in the process of renewing his EAD for the FOURTH time and still we find outselves having to chase them up, as we do every year. His third EAD expires on the 11th of this month and the new one hasn't arrived yet. Last year it was months late and my son had to stop working, so he didn't break any laws.

Now it's happening again and I have booked an INFOPASS appointment to get an Interim EAD. What they don't seem to realise, or care about, is that an entire day is wasted every time we have to drive 5 hours there and 5 hours back.

It is getting really tiring!

Our journey started in 2001 and it's still not over. It's been a rollercoaster ride all the way! Let me off - I wanna be sick!
