IRS form 4506 and tax return 1040 and 2555

I have decided to file IRS form 4506 to get a certified copy of my return (just in case it is requested of me by the NVC).

Question: Do I need to file a separate form 4506 for form 2555 (the foreign earned income attachment for a 1040)?

Or can I continue with my assumption that it wil be automaticaly included when I request my 1040? If so, how would I enter it into line 6 of form 4506? As "1040-2555"?

The Form 2555 will be included in your request for the certified copy of your Form 1040. Why do you feel you need a certified copy? I think most people get by with just providing transcripts of your account. I only provided transcripts for my wife's immigration process and never had a problem.

To answer your question, though it may not be likely that I will need a certified copy, I would much rather have one just in case it is needed, especially considering that it takes so long to get one. I will be leaving for America in July and if I have to be away from my wife and child, I'd like to shorten the time apart as much as possible.
