I recently got married to a guy that I met last year online in 2013, his hometown is Dominican republic and he has stayed in the British virgin Islands for about 6 years, he visits his kids and family every year from Christmas to Feb for his vacation time from his job, we have true love and it is very obvious. I went to visit him and get married this year 2014, everything went well. Now it is time for me to do the petition for him and one of his kids will come soon but not right away only my husband for now. The association that I am using to help me do this process does not make any guarantees on the process though. What I need to no is that if this service from "LAA" can't do anything , what is the process I will need to do to get my husband here to me as soon as possible son we can start our life journey. heart.gifheart.gifheart.gifClockWatch2.gifsad.pngsad.png

A company organization that helps people with the process based on your income in Atlanta, Ga. I don't want to disclose the full name of the people because I go for a interview with them to do paper work soon in April with the lawyer they will appoint me to fill out the papers and get me started but it's no guarantee with the services they will provide so I looking for more options now just in case they don't help me...crying.gif so I put there initials 'LAA"

No one can guarantee the process of a spousal visa. There isn't a lawyer in the world who can. They may say they can, but in reality the process is out of their hands once the USCIS gets the petition and in the consular officer's hands at the interview.
