---I sent them my car insurance, car title. However we sold that car couple of months ago because it was in bad condition...

---Pictures

----taxes from day one we filed 2011...2012.....

----joint account from bank ( including statement from a banker that we own that account)

--- sent them all of our vacation packages showing both names :( i dont know what to do!!

.....I also got a copy of one of the pages from I-751 where i accidentally, i don't even know how i skipped martial status on the application :( could it be because of that

1. What do i send :( could it be just because i didnt check of "married"

2. how long does this take when i send it back????will he get his card by june 18 :(

Does the rfe say something in particular what they are asking for or it is a general rfe asking for more docs?

Also did you send joint lease for both of you for two years?

I dont have any bills because we live in the same house as my brother. He pays for everything because i am still a college student. He wants me to finish school before we move out. The letter states how we have provided some evidence but they need more. It lists all possible choices many of them i have sent. however it has part of

I751 page where i skipped accidentally one question. Maybe all they want me to is to check of that little box i skipped

. Thats why it was confusing for me is that letter automatically generated. I am so sorry i am super stressed out cant think straight. I was thinking to send a notarized letter from my brother stating that we live in the same house. Send new tax transcripts from 2013.. Go back to my bank have them write a letter :( maybe even go to my school and provide proof that i am a current student and attach it to the my brothers letter saying thats why we live with him

How long does it take once i send them this stuff approximately????. We are traveling on June 18th to Europe TOGETHER. I can send that proof as well

You did not answer my question.

Did you send joint lease for last two years,if not then yes you have to send notarized letter from brother that you live together.

Also send ID copies for last two years to prove that you guys live at same address.

Send two more affidavits for relationship.

I did not see other docs in your list like-joint health insurance, joint phone bills, any bookings of trips taken together etc..

So think of anything which is joint and send it along with signed copy of the sheet which you got.

Best of luck!

My husband also works for my brother!! sad.png what else do they want :/

Yes i sent a couple from each year sad.png

Just send affidavit from brother along with explanation why you don't have lease.

Send anything else whatever you can,like-more statements for last 4 months and more affidavits.

This is all you can do at this stage.

The only proof i see missing is joint residency.

Send affidavits along with your explanation, send pay stub of your husband stating common address.

Also send ID copies for common residence proof and any letter you both received at same address.

Send anything to prove you guys living at same place for last two years.

Also send anything else possible and relax, because this is all you can do.smile.png

Provide a letter from my brother stating that we live under the same household and that he works for him as well since 2011 when he became a 2 yr resident. Ill have a statement from my school that i am still a student and all my fafsa and emergency contact i have him in there. Ill provide our most recent airline tickets that are scheduled on June 18th :(

Do you by any chance know how long it takes for this RFE until approval approximately???

If they are satisfied then they approve within 1 month of rfe.

It should not take them more than 2 months to respond back with update on the case.

(this is all i got to know from others experience here,as i am still waiting for my case)

Wish you all the bestgood.gif

Did any of you have any experience traveling while ROC is in progress? On our first NOA it states that he got an extension for one year to travel...

I am so scared guys :( i dont know what to do its making me sick!!... we paid for our tickets so much hoping everything will be fine. The only reason why we bought them early is because we got them for a cheaper price..

Is there a way I can have them process it express or somethinggg that i can do ?

Write a cover letter signed by you and your husband explaining that you study (prove it with papers from your school) and that you live with your brother (of course, include a notarized letter from your brother). Also explain that you occasionally made a mistake in your application.

As for the bank statements, send them again covering each quarter for the whole period of marriage.

Do you have a joint health insurance? It would be great to send one. You may also include 2-3 letters from your friends and relatives. May be some more photos.

Good luck.

--I cant access my previous bank statements in 2011, but i will have one of the bankers to write a letter saying they cant provide me with 2011. When I go onlinie, I can only get from 2012 2013 2014 :/

--Another thing is that my husband does not have health insurance as of right now due to high costs. He works for my brother... and my brother is an electrician, i have insurance through school ( should i explain that) but it costs sooo much too add him...when he has to go to a doctor, he usually goes to a clinic by our house thats really cheap its for ppl with no insurance.. ( never had to go only once)

---i will get a letter from a friend of mine that has attended my wedding as a witness, and i will provide her photo ID along with a picture she is in with us from our wedding and i will staple it to her letter...

However, car insurance, we had it until a month ago and we sold our car... therefore, we dont have the title anymore however, i never cancelled my insurance i just froze it until we get a different car.. we have a car obviously but that car is on my brother because of low credit history..

-- i will provide them with a copy of my most recent taxes from 2013 ( obviously they didnt get these because we filed recently) and a notarized letter from my brother stating that we live with him and we are not responsible for any bills. May sound odd ..this one doesnt pay anything :D but thats how my family is...they want me to get a degree before i move out
