i like Angel Food Cake...

for icing I choose "other" because I wasn't sure what category the icing I like would fit into.... i make an icing that uses instant pudding mix... it comes out so creamy and delicious and not to sweet.....

I like fruit filling too...

Here is the recipe for the icing, if anyone wants to try it... you basically can use any flavour of instant pudding...

Instant Pudding Icing

1 envelope topping mix, such as Dream Whip

1 box (4 serving size) pudding mix

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

Combine all 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix to moisten. Beat about 5 minutes until mixture will stand in peaks. Makes about 4 cups.

Variations: the lemon instant pudding mix is good. Also the butter pecan. And the vanilla is very versatile. Just try them all to decide your favourite.

nothing to do with the topic but I just saw the pic of your cats in your sig and the one in the front looks exactly like my cat... he is living with a friend of mine back in Canada...

the resemblance is uncanny.... although my cat had a orange spot on his nose...
