When do i have to apply to remove the condition on my green card ?

Hi everybody,

i just received my CR1 permanent resident , good for 2 years , from 02/02/2014 (port of entry date) to 02/02/2016 ,

When please do i have to send another application to remove the condition on my residency ?

what do i have to send ?

because it's the soonest date you can file, which is 90 days before your green card expires

Thank you that's means i have to apply 90 days before my expiration date

on November

not very important the day on November i guess !

Subtract 90 days from your expiration date(including holidays).You can apply between that duration any time(but its better to apply as soon as 90 days window opens and you can see instructions to file for ROC on uscis website)smile.png

You should start worrying about ROC in sep or oct 2015 somewhere..

Right now you should enjoy your new city,new life here,socialize ,try to look for job(if you wanna work) and try to adjustcool.png

ROC sent (DAY 00) -2/21/2014

ROC received at center (DAY 03) -2/24/2014

NOA received at home (DAY 07) -2/28/2014 (NOA dated 2/24/2014)

BIO received at home (DAY 12) -3/05/2014 (bio appt on 3/20/2014)

BIO appt (early bio) (DAY 12) -3/05/2014

Approval decision date (DAY 89) -5/21/2014

Approval letter received (DAY 91) -5/23/2014

Card received at home (DAY 102)-6/03/2014
