Hi to all the members in this forum. I need another advise. All our papers for my AOS are done and we will send it now, 2 months before my medical exam will expire. But my medical exam will expire before my interview, Do I need to get a new full medical exam for my interview? Or my medical exam is still valid as long as we filed my AOS before my medical will expire? I appreciate any input and advice.

Thanks

You will be ok. You don't have to complete the AOS process within the 12 months after doing the medical - you need to start the AOS process. If you apply for the AOS within the year, you should be fine. Just make sure that your AOS application is received and accepted within the 12 month time frame because if it is sent back due to incorrect fee or something like that and it arrives after the year anniversary of the medical then you probably would need to have a new medical. Get that application in the mail asap so that the NOA1 is within the 12 months after the medical's date.
