Passport application

We applied for passport, passport card and gotten back "passport card" and "citizenship certificate" around 16th Feb.

We have not received passport.....

What are the next steps?

How long we have to wait before we can call DOS?

Did you check the box for Passport Book and not Passport Card?

The passport card is sent separate and so are your documents, and if you applied for the passport they will arrive separately.

The passport has about a 3 month processing time if you selected standard service. You can always call the national passport center and ask them to verify what you applied for.

Here's their website to check your status online. It takes a week or so after you send in your application before it will show up here.

I have checked both, passport book and passport card.

I have received passport card and citizenship certificate back around 15th Feb and DOS passport status is "you should receive your passport on or about 02/16/2014."

I have not received passport booklet yet.

I would call them and see whats going on and no the passport is not 3 months it's 4 to 6 weeks to process. so if the date is correct you should call them ASAP and inquire about your passport. Goood luck.
