Hello all,

I am travelling to US, and this is my 3rd visit on B1. At the same time my employer is processing H1 for this year ( 2015 ) and process may starts on April.

At the time of processing i will be in US on B1.

In my last visits i stayed 3 months, 3 months even i got 6 months in I-94.

My questions are

1> Is there any issues or questionnaire or rejection of H1B, while i am in US on B1?

2> Is there any rejection based on my more visits / based on my staying days in US?

Can any one suggests me what i need to do at the time of H1B processing while i am in US on B.

-Thank you

You can still come to the US as a tourist and visit, as you did before. There is nothing you can do to help your H visa while you are here. You will need to return home in order to attend to you interview at the US consulate and get your H visa stamped once it is granted though. In the meanwhile, enjoy your vacation.

B1 not B2.

Should not be an issue.

Good call.

You can enter on a B1 for business without any problems. Just make sure that you are actually coming in for what is considered 'business' lest it be misconstrued as an attempt to circumvent the waiting time for the H1B visa.
