Hello, since it seems that there are some special requirements for China, I want to make sure I have everything I need to submit the I-129F.

From my girlfriend:

Statement of intent to marry

G-325a

Passport photo

Copy of divorce decree (translated)

This is from the K-1 guide, is there anything else I will need for the original submission of the I-129F?

Thank you

For details on document format, etc., review the pinned thread at the top of the China forum page, "Chinese Marriage Visa Terms and Definitions" I also started "front-loading" the I-129Fpetition with relationship evidence, including five dated "couple" and family photos, passport stamps, sampling of Skype and Yahoo IM logs, boarding passes, receipts, etc. (as described in the K-1 Guide). Check other China forum threads for more information about "front-loading." There are many of us that have done this and successfully navigated our visa journey through the Guangzhou consulate.

Good luck on your visa journey.

What if you forgot to include certain stuff like QQ chat logs, passport stamps, boarding passes; receipts with the I-129F?

dzboy I wondered the same thing, if you look around on these forums or search for the term pre-loading you will learn more about it and arguments for and against it.

As for the boarding passes and such, you are REQUIRED to provide proof that you have met in the last two years. So you really need to include at least boarding passes and photos together.

A&B thank you, yes she is getting the white book right now.

I have a question about the G-325a that she is going to fill out. Does this need to be printed in English/Roman letters? Or can she fill it out in Chinese?

Thanks buddies

It must be filled out in English. Except the section that says must be filled out in native language for her name

I filled out my fiance now wife G-325A for her, sent her the PDF she printed it signed and sent it to me. I think you can send a scanned and printed copy for the filing. But do not hold me to that.

It has been a few years since I filed and the rules change often.

Send a lot of information with the initial paperwork. keep copies of everything you send and have her take that information to the interview.
