Hi VJ members,

According to NVC site http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/submit/documents-to-submit-to-nvc.html, it states that Beneficiary's marriage certificate and birth certificate must be submitted for DS-260.

Are there any petitioner specific documents to be submitted as well? For example, Petitioner's previous divorce decree certificate?

Thanks.

I'd advice sending in the petitioner's divorce decree, just to be on the safer side. That's what we did when we went thru the process.

No

IV documents are ONLY the Immigrant's Visa documents. Nothing from the petitioner is needed as anything needed for the petitioner was sent with the I-130.
