i think that we need that form also...1-864

can somebody advise me , please?

The I-134 is for the interview and the I-864 is for AOS, but it is recommended to take the I-864 just in case if the CO asks for it. I took both the I-134 and the I-864 but they didn't ask for it.

my fiance went to the Medical Examen today and they found that one of his lungs is not working good. now he has to go 3 days respectively to the consultorio to make more tests. ...DO you think guys it could be any problem to get the visa? :cry::reading: also they asked him where he wants to put the vaccine in the dominican republica or here in the United State. he decided here in the UNITED STATE. i didnt know nothing about that option.

The vaccines shots are optional to take in the DR, but it is required once in the US. He should of took the vaccines in DR because they are cheaper there than in the US.

Vaccines is better take here.

At usa are expensive.

I don't know if it's too late but you can also check around your Home City and look for a Civil Surgeon. Some here in Florida will give the final signoff and include any missing vaccines in the price (Around 200 US). but some will try to charge you individually for each thing. and MORE than you actually need.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)
