Moral Turpitude, much help needed..

I recently posted in another thread but I wasn't quite able to elaborate on what happened, nor do I think I had the right thread so I'm hoping this is correct. Basically... (I am in the UK.)

I have recently stumbled upon the report based on what happened, and I'm so scared that it won't be part of a petty exception, or if it's even classed as moral turpitude... Here's a small extract:

recived simple caution for:

use threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress:

with intent to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or
behaviour or disordely behaviour, thereby causing that person or harrasment, alarm or distress.

possess an offensive weapon in a public place:

without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely outside your house, an offensive
weapon, namely a wooden samurai sword.(Both of these offences were in the one instance, so I believe the one caution governs them both?)

It clearly states that it is a simple caution. I know that for the petty exemption, the maximum possible sentence cannot exceed one year, and with further research, I found this:

Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place

Possessing an offensive weapon in a public place is an offence contrary to section 1 of the Prevention of Crime Act 1953.

The maximum sentence for conviction on indictment (at the Crown Court) is 4 years imprisonment or a fine, or both.
On summary conviction (at the Magistrates Court) the maximum sentence would be of 6 months imprisonment or a maximum
fine of £5000 or both. Mitigating factors to reduce the sentence could include: co-operation with the police, pleading
guilty at an early stage, where no threat had been made and the weapon was not particularly dangerous, etc.

Intentional harassment, alarm or distress.

A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or both.

Could anybody read over this and help shed some light for me as I am gravely worried I won't be able to be with my love because of this. It is the only thing I've done in my life, and it is a simple caution but I don't think that matters. I do have an anxiety disorder which makes this all that much worse.
