I get case complete on 7 March2014, waiting for IL.

Anyone know what's happen now? somewhere here on the forum I read someone who has received packege 3 and after had to send fax some documents or forms to the Consulate..this applies to all, IR/CR-1 and F2A?

Maybe it's a stupid question, but please explain to me this, I read some people have had to call the consulate to schedule an interview...but isn't the NVC, send IL with interview date already scheduled?

Our case was approved December 13, 2013 and we still wait on interview, in Egypt.

I call every week and case still sits at NVC waiting for open visa..

NVC schedules interviews, I ask this question every time I call..

My petition approved on January 2nd 2014, and The USCIS said (case statu)the petition shiped on January 7 but still not get any mail from NVC.we are waiting more than 10weeks.

We called every week but The NVC still not received it. I don't have idea what's going on?

When you get Case Complete? Because my petition was approved on 20november2013 and I get Case complete last 7march2014..

Try to call USCIS and ask to they why NVC don't receive your case yet.

Go here to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2. You should not be sitting around waiting for NVC.

First you need to find out if your case is even there, You have wasted alot of time.

But do call first thing monday they are open 7am to midnight EDT

Is your Priority date current? That's something to check.

Second as i told you on the interview thread the scheduling for embassies starts usually last few days of the month for the next months schedule. They usually keep going until all slots are filled.

You don't have a Package 3 that a K1. You get P4 (Interview letter) NVC will notify you then your casefile gets sent to embassy.

Those who are dealing with embassy (That are IR1/CR1) are expedites. They deal with the embassy not NVC when their expedite is granted.

All you can do is wait but check your priority date.

So May schedule should start
