I dont have my 2013 W2 with me in the phils.. but do i need it since it's the 2012 taxes that im using as my last year from the AOS?

You are fine with the 2012 ITR and W-2 until after April 15th 2014.

They can ask for 2013 W2 and taxes and the newest I-864.

Not until after April 15th, 2014 for the ITR and W-2, until then 2012 is the most recent tax return.

Hi Hank.. My interview date is on May 8. As for the proof of income, what we have right now is the 2012 Tax Return, I don't think my fiancee has the 2013 yet. Would it be a problem if I only have the 2012 Tax return during the USEM interview?

Thanks!

As of April 15th the 2013 tax return and W-2 are the most recent (unless your fiance filed for an extension), nice thing is you only need copies so they can be emailed to you.

As what he told me he usually file for an extension because he is a businessman, so he usually file it around October. What do we need to do with this then?

I would suggest bringing a couple of the extension filing, which would be either the 4868 or the 7004 form in most cases... and of course the 2012 tax return and W-2

Thank you Hank. Now I am starting to worry if this will be an issue during the interview. :(
