A false checklist of an already accepted package?!

Hi All, I'm just wondering if anybody of you had a similar experience with the NVC...

I'm going through the EP NVC processing, done everything, and then received two checklists, one for the AOS and the other for the IV package.

I sent the required documentation when I got them and waited for their reply...

10 days ago NVC reviewed what I sent for the AOS checklist and they sent me a false checklist for the IV package (because they did not get to the email containing the documents for the IV checklist yet). What I understand from this is that they accepted the AOS package.

Now, the interesting thing happened yesterday, when they reviewed the documents for the IV checklist and then sent me another checklist for the AOS package (nothing specific though, a general (probably false checklist)). This should mean that they accepted the IV package. But how come they did not notice that the AOS package is already complete and accepted? I called them and they replied that they'll put the whole application for review again... Probably another month worth of waiting...

Any similar experiences?
