Si!! Continuamos... Somos Unidas!! Con corazones feliz y esperanza arriba! Como se dice "with my hopes lifted high" like como con mi esperaza y/o fey in Papa Dios!

Oh!! y Hoy recibir una respuesto del Embajada... to my second response asking again for answers or how the process works after it is returned.

Basically they receive it and make final checks and will then process the visa and that the Passport is sent back with the file. So I need to confirm with CDV.

They said various tasks are handled by various people but the majority of the case steps are handled by the person who did the interview/cita. And that the best way to get a message is through the email but to be patient and they will let me know if we need anything more once they have the file.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

We still waiting for Us consulate to give us an update,still havent update on CEAC but via phone they did told me it was under final review...hopefully next week it guess mail out :(

Thanks amor @enigma23 hopefully they work on our case fast,I do have the Senator office investigating too,my aunt has congressional connections hopefully this rushes them up, my concerns are tha they will move to a bigger area and im scare that this may cause more delays...

Thanks amor @enigma23 hopefully they work on our case fast,I do have the Senator office investigating too,my aunt has congressional connections hopefully this rushes them up, my concerns are tha they will move to a bigger area and im scare that this may cause more delays...

hoping our cases don't have any delay ...according to Mrtee12 .they will close the operations for 3 days and the first week of operations will be slow.

He asked me if when I came I could bring him a suit case...I said sure.. that I was already bringing him one to pack his stuff in and I was going to leave it with him.... he said he needed another one.. and he needed me to put something in it... he needed me to fill it up...

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Chica!! Seriously!! I cannot even listen to Llevame Contigo!!! I'll be boohoooing before the chorus!! :cry:

is it weird that I kinda feel like guilty... for leaving him over and over instead of giving up everything and just staying in the DR?? I never thought it would take as long as it did just to get to interview.. and then he got sick and that was the worst!!! When we thought he'd FINALLY be home with me for Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years but then the medical fears came and we knew those dreams were over... but we had hope that he'd be TB Negative... Then we got the results and it was so much worry and stress and heartbreak that we decided to not talk of the future or make anymore plans until we knew WHEN he'd be coming... It hurts so bad leaving that sometimes I almost don't want to go back until he has the Visa in hand JUST SO I don't have to leave him behind again.. but I can't willingly NOT GO See him either.. lol

Every Time I get close to paying off one trip I am booking or planning another... and I am grateful for the many blessing we have been given along the way... with all the travel vouchers for destroyed baggage and flight confusion... my upcoming trip only cost me 1.60 USD!!!! Which was perfect because otherwise I really would not have had the money for this trip.. so that let me save the money I would be putting on the CC to saving acct for trip!!

Good Lord!! Hurry up DR EMbassy I'm nearly broke!!!!

Ooohhh Thank God your mans a fast thinker!! I don't want Eunice mad at me!!! :protest::rofl: I like my ears the way they are!!! TYVM :yes:
