hey luv it went well we were approved with no problem we were surprised they didnt mentioned anything about the lab test or anything ,we checked on ceac website and its on AP I had a VJ MEMBER with same interview day and hers is ready already I guess they are waiting to get results.

thanks GOD you were APROVED that mean also was negative of TB. i think it doesnt matter how long it will take to come here. the important things is BE NEGATIVE of TB and and TO BE APROVE.

It's my pleasure... I am glad to give back and hopefully calm or remove any fears.... My Fiance said there were more than 200 people doing the retest when he went.... *sigh*

I did finally get a nice cleaned up copy moved into the Carribean Forum with a lot of the "need to know" thinga about what arw the next steps and what to expect..

I really felt alone and like no one to talk about the process... so I am glad you ladies were brave enough to ask... it really made me sure I wanted to publish the post I have been drafting sooner... You may have to call back-to-back to get through to her. She's VERY busy but if you are nice to her she is very nice back. Ella es muy amable y understanding.. IF You are nice...

But yes I believe she can tell you the Buccal Swab results... ( I'm not 100% sure though because I got my Fiance's results directly from the Vice-Ministeria del departamento TB de todo lo Pais.. TE DIJÉ!!... cuando yo quiero algo....) jejejeje Ya tu sabe!

FYI: Eunice is usually the person who calls with the 9 weeks TB Screening results as well...

Yes. The person taking the tests should have the results by that day but only for the first two tests... but he will have to ask most likely.

also do you know how long this test take?

My Fiance says the first day is the longest... you go take your Passport, you speak with Eunice she makes a copy, you answer questions and then go take the test.

The person testing needs to be there BEFORE 9am or the CDV will refuse entry! And that the earlier you go the faster you finish.

The Second and Third day you go directly to take the test so maybe 15 mins... if you go early.

When you hear the automated recording just press 1 6 9 on your phone keypad and then it will connect to her extension. You may need to call back a few times to actually reach her.

Thanks mol I called today and was not able to reach her I spoked to someone else there and said they will leave a message they asked for my fiance contact info but they refused to give me results according to them the mouth swabs results are not ready till weeks i gues they didnt want to put effort and do research atleast...not to disrespect but DR has the worst customer service ever when you call this number it only gives you option 1 and 2 then option 0 for general well they never answer those,but I was awarwe of Eunice being busy most of the time when dialing her ext. so I was curious that they didnt offer option 3 so I went ahead and dial and was actually able to reach live person.

Yes, Good Point, I forgot to say that due to Patient Protection laws your Fiance will have to give them your name, etc and specific permission to release the files and/or information to you or any other person.... or call them himself for the answers. The medical information release for the Embassy is already given in the stuff they sign for testing.
