You said there were " subtle" signs that he may be marrying you for a green card. Since when is blackmail subtle?

If you want an honest opinion, you planned along with him his coming here on a visitor visa marrying and adjusting status. You had just as much a part of it as he did. You were naive to believe he wanted anything more than a green card, and you still went along with the marriage and removal of conditions. You loved him, he didn't love you back and he was very upfront about what he wanted. At this point everything you say is here say as far as the blackmail goes. Proving that to USCIS will be an uphill battle.

He can remove conditions, but it will be years and years before he is allowe to bring his girlfriend from home here, if ever, there is a 5 year rule. You said you have proof he was engaged to her before your divorce was final, make sure you send that as evidence. If it's clear that he married you for the specific purpose of obtaining a green card just to bring her here, he will never be successful in bringing her.

Our of curiosity, what country is he from?

No I don't have it in writing unfortunately.

Yes I reported everything. I don't know how USCIS can even believe a lying person who is trying to stay here over a US citizen who was taken advantage of. smh.

Are they that gullible? He shouldn't get it in my opinion since he is applying with I-751 waiver, which means higher burden of proof and this is what he has for "proof": lease stating that we lived with my mom, some photos with my family and him, bank account with only his name added to mine, 2 bills in our name, NO joint tax return.

HUH?

In reference to him planning to immigrate here on tourist visa, I have emails us talking about him coming here and marrying even though I changed my mind when he came here and he blackmailed me.

I also have a screenshot of facebook page where it says he is engaged to his girlfriend in his country, he got engaged to her right after the filing for divorce, he went there and got engaged.

I also have printouts of the phone number he texted of the other woman he cheated on me with here after 7 months of marriage, not the content of messages but just her number and nonstop texting.

I also have my email to him basically chasing him for divorce as he was trying to drag it out and he changed his number so I wouldn't be able to reach him, and I kept emailing him practically begging for divorce and he kept ignoring it until I mentioned in the email that I will report him.

I also have a friend's affidavit where it states that I wasn't happy when I got married, that he forced me, that he didn't wanna be affectionate towards me, etc.

Also I have witnesses when he hit me once and threw a burning cigarette at me.

He just didn't like me, he didn't wanna sleep with me, kiss me, etc.

He also moved out 7 months after marriage but he put down in divorce papers that he moved out the following year to make it appear that we lived longer. Well USCIS can check by address change.

I also wrote a detailed affidavit.

I also have a letter from my psychologist stating that I suffered emotional consequences as a result of this fraud and that I was on medications.

If I would look at this as an officer, you had a marriage with no physical contact, the beneficiary had a relationship waiting to immigrate to the US back home, and you've been offered thousands of dollars for the trouble.

It would not bode terribly well for you.

So she said.

Plus she has a Psychologist to write something.

How many post have we seen from bitter ex's, alleging all sorts of things.

Lets us for argument say all the above is true in this case, but there is another very similar case where it is all made up.

How do you differentiate?

Alternatively, one might consider just replying to posts taking the poster at face value and addressing that which is stated as opposed to speculating and passing judgment...

That would be very naive, but if that is your choice so be it.

Always interesting to see the story develop, very rarely does the first post tell it all.

sorry I just read the whole thread. I think you should move on. you don't have anything proof against him. even if he got engaged to his GF or whatever that means nothing. Engagment is not marraige.

It may be naive, in your opinion, but preferable to trolling.

You should not troll, that would be bad.

the psychologist report is irrelevant. he/she gonna write what you told him/her. Just move on, you are the only person who is losing.

Let's go back to the first step.

1- you support him to took his tourist visa, It wasnot marriage visa or k-1 visa ( may be you was not eligible for marriage support )

2-You married with him for money dinner + ....

3- you went with him to AOS interview and swear to be honest but you did not tell the true( you lied to USCIS )

4- Now. you are thinking or seeing he is cheating at you in face book or else

5- May be you want more money from him to be quiet till his 10 years green card comes. but he doesn't want give you more money.( If he says this words about money to USCIS or in court . you will be in problem.

6- Why did not you call the police when he force you to marry with him? You never was not alone or never hadn't time to call the police ?

were you in closet as a prison then you didnot call ?

your age doesn't matter. you are older than 18 in law eyes, you have responsibility about what you did,Then you know what are you doing and what you did.

-------

Result : After your report to USCIS or court with any documents you have ,

They will sent him to his country.

also you will be in hock because you had accompanied to have a fraud marriage.

Both of you %50 - 50 % are Guilty.

Also each of you will pay yours part in law.
