Hello Friends :

I am very depressed because i do not have joint sponsor yet . My brother have received I-94 and he is working in Multinational company as a senior software engineer but did not receive his green card yet ,Please clear me about below statement : Does he is eligible to support me as a joint sponsor according to below statement written in I-864 form instruction ..

Proof of PR status include photocopies of both sides of Green Card, Form I-551 , Alien Registration Receipt card/PR card , or a photocopy of unexpired Temporary I-551 stamp in either on foreign passport . or a DHS form I-194 , Arrival/Departure Documents.
