No offense to your wiki but I've read over that wiki of yours and searched other NVC fast track wikis/posts for like a week, every day at work in between calls to figure stuff out... and I just now realized the IV package is different than the DS-260! lol... I'm getting there! lolol

But where in your wiki do you reference what's **IN** the IV Package? I see its generated with the AOS after you first sign in after getting your case number.

Once its paid... you can submit the DS-260 - then after thats completed you print off the cover sheet and put it on the IV Package:

Is this PDF package the IV package you refer to above?

guys i'm confused, we sent payment for IV 5 days ago and it's still in "in process" state, we already sent today the IV package,.. DS260 still not available, when can we fill out the DS260 form?

is DS 260 accessible before or after the PAID status? how can we access it? please help!

I just paid my IV fees 2 days ago and I sent in the supporting documents via FedEx 2 days ago as well. It does take 3-5 BUSINESS days for things to process for the fee to change from "in progress" to "paid". Don't fret! This way they have all the supporting documents and the fee will be paid, then we can both go online and complete the DS 260 then.

After the DS 260 is completed, they will send it to the embassy where your spouse is.

After the DS 260 is completed, they will send it to the embassy where your spouse is.

After the case is complete and an interview is booked, then the NVC will send the entire case to the embassy or consulate but not until then.
