My wife (Petitioner)'s income does not fulfill the minimum requirement of poverty level. In this situation,

can she be my sponsor of I-130 AOS (already approved)? Does she need to submit I-864?

Her father wants to be joint sponsor for us. Is it possible? or Her father need to fill only I-864A?

Please advise me in detail.

hi

the petitioner is ALWAYS the main sponsor and has to file the i864 even if he or she makes $0

so yes, she has to fill out the i864. does her father live with her?

if not he files another i864 as the only joint sponsor, including all the documents

The 864A is only for combining household income. For example, if her father's spouse's income would need to be combined with her father's income to get above the poverty level.

Keep in mind the household count if her father's spouse or siblings are also living with her father.
