Hello Vjrs, I would like to ask some information with my notice or instructions.

The NVC send a letter to my husband (USC) to give me a copy of the Affidavit of Support to bring it on the day of my interview.

My husband submitted the signed AOS (Affidavit of Support) already to NVC . Does it need that my husband also will send me another original copy?

I mean, the signed one also the same as my husband sent to NVC.

We are confused! any help? specially those who had the same concern as mine?

Hopefully your husband made a copy of that whole packet he sent to the NVC. He needs to keep a copy and send you a copy to take to the interview with you.

Yes my husband had a copy of the whole AOS package but he is planning to send it to me online via e mail or scanned documents.

Are online and scanned printed copies will be enough? or do I need to get the actual page with the signature?

Certainly a whole lot cheaper if he can email everything to you....a scanned copy of the signed page might be important. Just remember this....if you have to consider whether you should or shouldnt, always lean to the "should". Best to be safe than sorry. Less is not more in this case.

They arent expecting you to have originals of anything that was already sent to the NVC...just making yourself a list of what was sent so you can reference that and also so you have a checklist to get your civil documents all back
