i think if someone with pd of july 2012 received il for july, it means vb moved forward ... I guess nvc knew the cutoff already and they based their interview scheduling on the new cut off date for the said month ... thats only my opinion ...

Sorry but I thought you can only get an interview scheduled if your PD is current.

yes, I think that's true...but its also possible to have an interview scheduled when one's PD is current and then retrogression hits before your interview date.

This might have been the case here. I hope not but it seems likely. We will find out in the next few hours about the visa bulletin. I just need it to move forward past June 2012.
