i just receive email to pay 88 USD and 230 USD even my PD NOT CURRENT NOV 1 2013

Hey, it's good news. Though it makes me feel a little bit worried as my PD is earlier than yours and still no invoice from the NVC.

Anyway, it's a good sign and I hope mine will come along soon.

I think you too can move forward with your application.

Sometimes NVC don't send emails.. Do you have your case number and IIN..

If you do.. Try using both numbers to login and see if you can make payments.

Don't forget to notify us of the outcome.

Yep, I've got my numbers and already done it, and still the case is not eligible for further processing at this time.

mmmm....this is an interesting development.....

so if they are allowing PD Nov 2013 to pay because they are anticipating that they will be current in 8-12 months......AND if there are a ton of VSC filers with PD OCT, NOV, DEC 2013 who have NOT received an NOA2......then would it not stand to reason that the VB would have to move forward to SEPT 2013 in order to force VSC to start processing and approving OCT, NOV, DEC applications?

Visa comes from Department of State. NVC just process the Visa. so please dont be happy about it. it is a regular process to complete the case and wait for Visa to come from DOS. there is no relation between NVC processing and DOS visa number.

I am in a similar situation like the rest of the F2A filers The wait is unbearable and not knowing what is going to happen is worse . In my situation it concerns my child who has to get her visa before she turns 21 If that does not happen very soon she will fall into a different category and start at the back of the line,President Obama has said immigration decisions will be made executively I am hoping and praying that those decisions that are going to be made in relation to family unity will help all of us because in the Comprehensive Reform Bill that was addressed. No one knows when the VB will move it is all luck and chance .Unfortunately that is the reality of the situation and until decisions are made in relation to children and spouses of Permanent Residents the waiting continues. We will continue to hope and pray for a quick resolution.

Yes dear. I also read news that Obama is going to take excutive actions bypassing congress. So lets have a positive vibes n hopes. The act has been included in comprehensive immigration reform for Family of LPR is named as REUNITING FAMILY's ACT for spouse n children of LPR to b considered as immediate relatives instead of preference category, just like USC.

Lets hope that these actions of Obama bring this act on floor n our happiness too.
