they are simply not processing any F2A cases. After processing September 2013 cases they stopped. There is no announcement from USCIS as to what's going on as well. California is approving in 2 months but Vermont is not processing. Likely we will see movement only after this fiscal year is done...

I contacted VSC in regards to the wrong information provided on their system however, they do not have any answer rather than keep saying we are currently working on petitions for Sep 25 2013. What a nonsense reason is that, I just don't understand the whole ####### they are giving us. They do not realise that they are playing in people's live. Well, if anyone think there is a way to pressure them please put it forward so we can do something as a group rather than as individual.It is really out of order!

Thank god ! My PD is 24 SEPT 2013 and was approved in Feb by VSC.

I contacted CIS Ombudsman 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for an answer. Give this a go:

There is no reason while one service center is approving under 2 months the other one is stuck at September 25th.

NVC only tells you that when they know you'll be current in 8 approximately months time

Positive news for we all.

There's definitely going to be huge movement by October.
