It means that you can call for enquiry, purpose. Its obvious that if it has been moved ahead then there will b interview date. Otherwise, nothing. M not telling that it must go ahead in August.

Exactly. M trying to explain that only.

lets hope by end of next year we both will be getting interview letters.

Like I said before, I think August we will see movement. The original backlog for all visas (even citizens) came from the obama dream act. This is why everyone had to wait so long in the first place to get a NOA2. This retrogression is just the system resetting itself, August/September should move forward, no more negativity please, just positive thoughts.

Are you case complete already? If yes, when? You're a June 2012 filer, you should have an I/L by now if there's any movement in the Aug VB.

My friend (F2B Philippines) already received I/L today so NVC already started sending out the I/Ls.

Yeah...Its true.....NVC has started scheduling interviews for Aug 2014....and one F1 applicant also got his IL today.....

Now lest see if any June 2012 or july 2012 filer in F2A gets his/her IL....If they get then we can expect a little movement.....Bus we just have to wait and watch......I am not as optimistic coz it seems they wont move ahead until new Fiscal......But still i would hope it moves ...at least a month.......that will give us all some hope......

One more thing i would like to share with Vermont filers....just see the above pic and u will realize whats going on at vermont with F2A applications....

For Vermont its 7.2 months while USCIS National average is 9.9 months.....so i think it may take about 7-10 months for ones petition to get approved at VSC as of now.....and this data is as of April 30 2014...so after this how many petitions they processed we dont know......

Hey guys i am waiting on my wife's I/L.the case got completed on Apr 11,2014. The PD is July 24, 2012. Any idea how much longer do i have to wait. I m curious because when my case got completed, my PD date was earlier than the visa bulletin's cut-off date. Would it make any difference?

What matters is the cut-off that will appear on the upcoming August 2014 VB.

If there's any movement beyond your PD, you will receive I/L anytime soon (NVC started giving I/L today). If not, then there's a possibility of zero F2A movement or the new cut-off is earlier than your PD.

I apologize if i have caused any pain. i didnt mean to be negative. i am alos waiting for the intreview and truly want and wish dates to move faster and sooner. i just dont want to give false hope.

but in future i will not say anything, stay positve and may be we will hear some good news soon.

I am just waiting for notification of case complete, my police certificate was sent and received 4 weeks ago.

they are simply not processing any F2A cases. After processing September 2013 cases they stopped. There is no announcement from USCIS as to what's going on as well. California is approving in 2 months but Vermont is not processing. Likely we will see movement only after this fiscal year is done...
