So sorry to hear about this, just wanted to add my voice to the others that are thinking of you in this difficult time.

Luz's mother is very sick. She had a very bad stroke last year and has been going down hill ever since. Today she had another attack and is in the hospital. It does not look hopeful for her. Luz has always been very close to her mother and it does not look like she will be with us much longer. I pray that the time God gives her will be without pain and that she knows that she is not alone. I only wish I could be there with her at this time of need. Any prayers or good thoughts our friends at VJ can give would be appreciated. Thank you.

THAT IS THE PART OF THIS WHOLE THING THAT IS SO HARD, GARY IS THAT WE CANT BE THERE FOR THE DIFFICULT TIMES. AND I KNOW AS MUCH PAIN AS LUZ IS ABOUT HER MOM THAT SHE IS ACHING TO HAVE YOU BY HER SIDE. I KNOW THAT LUZ KNOWS HOW HELPLESS YOU FEEL. AND THAT IN ITSELF YOU ARE IN HER HEART TO COMFORT HER. I KNOW LUZ'S MOM FEELS GREAT COMFORT KNOWING (AND SHE DOES) THAT HER DAUGHTER IS IN GOOD HANDS AND THAT SHE GOT TO SEE THAT. I AGREE THAT IT HARD FOR THIS TO GO ON AND WISH THAT THE GRIEVING CAN BEGIN RATHER THAN THE WAITING FOR WHAT SEEMS THE INEVITABLE. ALL ANY OF US CAN DO IS PRAY THAT GOD DELIVERS MOM FROM THE PAIN AND SUFFERING. YOU HAVE THE PRAYERS OF RELYN AND I. I KNOW YOU WILL KEEP US POSTED. I KNOW HOW MUCH IT HURTS TO NOT BE THERE.
