nvc AOS fee help

Hi All,

I tried to make the AOS fee online and got an error message I used GC , then I tried IE and it says in process and wasnt giving me the check mark area to pay again . It also gave me receipt options ...it has been four business days and nothing has changed, so I called NVC. They told me to screen shot the payment portal that wasnt allowing me to pay and email it to them. Also its (4) cases the others show in process too but the pay area is there where I could pay.......

1) anyone else ever had this problem, and how did you resolve it?

2) How long does NVC take to re issue another invoice?

3) Should I pay through one of the other cases?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

you could have paid online I mailed the check in with the application
