Kann mir jemand sagen, wo ich nach Einreise mit meinem K1-visum meine Arbeitserlaubnis beantragen kann und welche Unterlagen/Voraussetzungen erfuellt werden muessen?

12/16/2006 - Enter States thru Atlanta

01/13/2007 - Marriage

01/19/2007 - Filed AOS and EAD to Chicago

02/06/2007 - NOA that AOS has been forwarded to CSC

02/12/2007 - Fingerprinting in St. Louis

03/28/2007 - email notification that card production ordered!!!! (Day 68)

04/20/2007 - GC in the mail.....no more USCIS for 2 years!!!!!

12/29/08 - Filed I-751 to VSC

01/12/09 - NOA in mail

01/24/09 - received ASC notice

02/06/09 - biometrics appointment in Orlando

02/09/09 - touch

06/01/09 - approval letter in mail

12/11/09 - Filed N-400 to NSC

12/14/09 - Package arrived at NSC

Happyone, geh ins AOS Forum, da wird wirklich alles beantwortet. Du musst alle Unterlagen fuer AOS zusammen mit der EAD abschicken. Nur EAD geht leider nicht, da das AOS die Voraussetung dafuer ist. Schau dir die Straenge (am besten die Stickys ganz oben) an und wenn du dann noch Fragen hast, am besten im German people-Thread posten...

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

Happyone, geh ins AOS Forum, da wird wirklich alles beantwortet. Du musst alle Unterlagen fuer AOS zusammen mit der EAD abschicken. Nur EAD geht leider nicht, da das AOS die Voraussetung dafuer ist. Doch, EAD kann man auch mit nur K-1 beantragen. Das ist allerdings reine Geldverschwendung, da die EAD mit der AOS-Beantragung ungültig wird und es sowieso unwahrscheinlich ist, dass du die EAD für K-1 jemals noch während der Gültigkeit deines Status erhältst. Spar dir also das Geld und hoffe, dass es bei AOS dann schnell geht :blush:
