Hello K1 petitioners Cambodia,

My fiancee went o Ministry of Justice in Phnom Penh and ask for translation of her CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL CAPACITY TO MARRY. She was told

the Ministry only translates birth , marriage, divorce, and police certificate but NOT the certificate of legal capacity to marry from her village chief. Both of us are at a loss.

Questions:

1- Who can issue the certificate

2- Where did you get it translated that is acceptable to the embassy for interview.

Thanks

There's a translating company in Phnom Penh called GO Co., Ltd. Translation & Interpreting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. That's where we got our stuff done.
