Case on AP at NVC

After our case was aproved at texas service center and was send to nvc since february 14 still on ap, i got the embassy case number but every time i call NVC they said still under AP !!

Did any one went trought this ? Can please share experience and waiting time because it will be a month tomorrow and i 'm desesperated !!! Thanks :(
