I called customer server and they transfered me to an officer and he told me that my case is there but it is just not loaded in the automated system and i should waite another 30-60 days? can any one shed light on this? I think other people have had this problem before and usually it just takes a while before the USCIS gets it into their system. I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as you have the receipt and they recognize it you are ok.
