i also called they wont tell why late. All they are able to say is that they will schedule based on availability of embassy. I know nobody wants to hear that but i am starting to worry a little bit about retrogression i.e. they might be waiting to schedule interviews to see if there is enough visa numbers for may. it is a very very small chance. hope we will receive EL today.

ahh than ok, i don't mind to wait couple of days for IL, as long as interview date is beginning of May and by mid May my wife comes to US :idea:

Called again today. Was told the same thing. Waiting for Manila Embassy to send dates to NVC. Also, told me that April schedule is not a guarantee. It could be May, but they will just send me an email when it becomes available. CC:03/10/14

Hi guys

i m also in the same boat. CC on March 10th. waiting 4 IL. anybody whose interview will b in New delhi India. almost 23 hours to go when folks will start getting email. I reckon they usually send email around 4PM EST. Correct me if i m wrong. God bless u all and gud luck 2 every1.

My consulate will be New Delhi. Waiting on the IL..

it will be May. april IL were received in early March and end of February.
