I had my brother mail in the forms from within the US I had everything filled out and signed except the dates which he was supposed to put in before he mailed it, but he forgot and mailed the whole packet without entering the dates. What will happen now? Please let me know thanks in advance.

How long ago was it? It may be returned immediately because the first step is checking for signatures, payment, and completeness of the forms. It will depend on how closely they check.

The date should have been the date you signed, since you were verifying the accuracy of the data on that date.
